What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a valuable tool I often use to help my client/patient. Firstly it is wonderful for
relaxation and helping to cope with stress. But even better is that under hypnosis I am in contact with that
part of your mind that is less resistant to new ideas. Often I can make therapy very brief (one session) for
such things as phobias or addictions such as smoking.
To answer the usual questions, under hypnosis you will not give away any secrets you want to keep to
yourself. You will not be made to behave in a way you would not want and yes of course you will come out of it
unscathed and immediately I tell you to. My clients awaken refreshed and relaxed from therapy.
